THE STORY

 

In this sequel to STAG NATION:  A VEXED HEART we find Arcen the k'Dom of  Amal, the first moon of Ynthia, has bequeathed his moon to A'kin and Tiesa while he ignores a death edict in order to seek out his heart bound love, Safeaux, the 'rix of eCunnus.   During his journey he relives their tumultuous past that had forced them to part.  Safeaux  finds herself remembering as well, acknowledging that her love for Arcen has never diminished.  Only her memories emerge as she is bound by an assailant.

 

Meanwhile, the resurrected iCue's gathers dark forces, determined to overturn the powers of light and rule all of Ynthia's moons.  Peril abounds as the treacherous journey threatened to prevent Arcen from finishing his quest, and Safeaux concedes she might not survive the night.
